WHO AM I?

Consumer Scientist, Researcher and Specialist in the Brazilian Consumer Behavior

I have been an author, lecturer, consultant and college professor for the last 20 years. I am the founder of a prestigious research and consulting company, active for 27 years in the Brazilian market, and specialized in the study of the consumption habits and of the Brazilian consumer behavior. Over the years, I have gathered hundreds of studies on how the Brazilian consumers behave, their habits and preferences. My abilities are acknowledged in the Brazilian market, where I conquered a distinctive eputation in the area of Consumption Science and Market Research, due to my in-depth knowledge of the Brazilian consumer behavior. I have assisted several multinational companies to reach excellent results in the Brazilian market.

CEO of qualitative and quantitative research projects on the Brazilian consumer behavior with direct participation in the conception, supervision, and analysis of over 300 research and consulting projects for several industries: Agribusiness, Health Insurance Plans, Credit Cards, Food Retail,  Foodservice, Automobile Parts and Communication (TV Broadcast, Radio and Newspaper), Tourism, Telephone, Internet and Education.

1998 – UNTIL 2003

Professor of Market Research and Consumer Behavior , UNISO – University of Sorocaba

Besides the classes in the undergraduate course in Social Communication, acted as a professor advisor for course completion papers in Communication Planning, and as a member of examining boards of course completion papers and of the Course Collegiate, responsible for the management resolutions in the academy.

JULY 1998 – DECEMBER 2018

Professor of Market Research, New Marketing Practices and Brazilian Consumer Behavior ,  ESPM

Professor of the higher studies courses in Business and Social Communication, advisor for course completion papers in the Integrated Project of Advertisement, Business Plans and Monograph modes. Member of examining boards for course completion papers.  Professor of Itinerant Courses taking place in the capital cities in the Northern and Northeastern regions of Brazil where ESPM has no university units. Since 2012, spokesman of ESPM to talk to the press about the Brazilian Consumer Behavior and Electoral Marketing topics.

Responsible for an Extension Course program offering more than 100 short-duration courses in the areas of Creativity and Communication, Marketing and Business, Corporate, Digital,  and Design Management.

Creator of the itinerant courses program spreading the updating and professional qualification courses to capital cities in the Northern and Northeastern regions of Brazil.

Implemented the quick-learning methods – a new educational methodology that matches active teaching methodologies with student  protagonism by using technology in classroom.

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Communication, ESPM

Undergraduate Course (2.788 on-campus class hours) license for Advertisement and Publicity. This higher studies course confers the degree of higher academic program and the title of Publicist.

1993 TO 2002

Undergraduate Studies in Psychology, UNIMEP – Methodist University of Piracicaba

Undergraduate course (4.321 on-campus class hours) supervised clinical internship in Behavioral Psychology. This higher studies course confers a higher studies academic grade and a Clinical Psychologist license. This higher studies course is a prerequisite for the psychologist occupation praxis in Brazil. After course completion, obtained the professional registration at the Regional Council of Psychology of the 6th Region under number 68268 as of 16th August 2002.
